cancellation conditions

In summer

For bookings for the period from June 28th, 2024 to September 08th, 2024

  • up to 21 days before arrival cancel free of charge.
  • from 20 to 7 days before arrival you have to pay 50 %.
  • from 7 to 4 days before arrival you have to pay 70 %.
  • from 3 to 1 days before arrival you have to pay 80 %.
  • within 24 hours before arrival you have to pay 100 %.

In autumn/winter

For bookings for the period from October 10th, 2023 to April 14th, 2024

  • until 30 days before arrival CANCELLATION FREE OF CHARGE
  • 29 - 21 days before arrival we will charge 40% of the total amount of the reservation
  • 20 - 8 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the total amount of the reservation
  • up from 7 days before arrival we will charge 90% of the total amount of the reservation
  • within 24 hours before arrival we will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation
