In summer

For bookings for the period from July 11th, 2026 to September 6th, 2026

up to 30 days before arrival cancel free of charge
29 - 21 days before arrival we will charge 40% of the room price is charged
20 - 8 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the room price is charged
up from 7 days before arrival we will charge 90% of the room price is charged
within 24 hours before arrival we will charge 100% of the room price is charged

In autumn

For bookings for the period from October 29th, 2026 to December 19th, 2026

until 30 days before arrival CANCELLATION FREE OF CHARGE
29 - 21 days before arrival we will charge 40% of the room price is charged
20 - 8 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the room price is charged
up from 7 days before arrival we will charge 90% of the room price is charged
within 24 hours before arrival we will charge 100% of the room price is charged

Groups (from 10 rooms)

For bookings for the period from 29th October to 19th December 2026

FREE cancellation up to 42 days before arrival
40 - 28 days before arrival 40 % of the room price will be charged
27 - 21 days before arrival 50 % of the room price will be charged
20 - 8 days before arrival 70 % of the room price will be charged
From 7 days before arrival 90 % of the room price will be charged
Within 24 hours before arrival 100 % of the room price will be charged

In winter

For bookings for the period from December 20th, 2026 to April 17th, 2027

up to 2 months before the day of arrival - no cancellation fee
2 months to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total package price
1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price
in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the arrangement price
100% of the room price will be charged within 24 hours before arrival
if you arrive later or depart earlier, the full amount of the room will be charged
